Entree ​

Summer tomato jelly, lemon & honey marinated sweet tomato and melon, thyme & lemon gel, herbed burrata and herb oil

Main ​

Tasmanian roasted lamb rump, Middle Eastern aromatic spiced sweet potato & chickpea, chermoula and red wine jus

Dessert ​

Lemon myrtle and ginger panna cotta, coconut crumb, lychee and mango, finger lime caviar and kaffir lime syrup​
